Hello Rick, I want to thank you for this website of yours and your youtube videos its very informative and i admit only now i get to start learning a lot about my canon 500d i have it with me for a year now but i kept on using it on auto modes and now i wanted to complete my 365 project taking pictures using the other programs my dslr have like manual, av, program, and ca with your tutorials i will be able to learn more of this since iam a beginner and would like to go deeper on this hobby of mine. for now iam with your CA mode tutorial after watching the video i do my application i tend to do that manner learn from your video after i do my application. thank you so much again. i'd like to add you on my facebook if you have one.

What a great site for people like myself (newbies) You put it into simple to understand language.
Great videos very instructive and again easy to understand.
I have been able to get much more out of my 500D since these videos.

Rick, I just wanted to say you have done a great job with your videos. I have a Canon T1 Rebel, that I aquired. I knew nothing about DSLRs. I had a couple of "point and shoot" cameras in the past. (Still do). I was a little intimidated by the new camera, but you made it so easy to figure it out. I was very much impressed by everything the camera can do, I would never have figured this stuff out, on my own. I appreciate the effort you put in, and, to make the infornmation public, without charge. I have watched all your videos about the T1 (500d, Kiss??), and have learned a lot.

I am really greatful to you for these tutorials. I am using them with the book "Snapshots to Great Shots: The Canon T1i" I do not have access, nor time, for a full on photography class, and therefore am learning by myself and with a lot of trial and error. Your tutorials are so helpful. Thanks!
